Become an Animal Meditation
Through this guided meditation you'll connect with an animal and become them for a few minutes. This gives you great insight into what they're thinking, feeling, sensing, knowing, and experiencing.
There are two ways you can use this meditation to connection with an animal:
Follow the guided prompts and connect with whatever animal shows up in your meditation.
If you have a specific animal you want to connect with, hold them in your mind and when prompted to connect with the animal that shows up, connect with the animal you've chosen instead.
After the meditation please take a few minutes to write down your experience. Recall every detail you can. Don't think about what you're writing, just write.
Please don't do this exercise if you're tired physically, mentally or emotionally.
