Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled session have two options:
You may either reschedule for a future date, or request a full refund. -
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund; however, you will receive a full credit toward a future session. This credit must be used within 6 months of the original session date.
If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so we can find a new time that works for you.
